What happens when my trial expires?
If you choose not to continue, your workspace switches to read-only INACTIVE state. All your data is safely preserved. You can reactivate at any time by contacting the administrator and settling the subscription fee.
How does billing and payment renewal work?
All subscription renewals are manually processed by our Super Admin team. Once payment is confirmed, the administrator updates your subscription status and next billing date — no automated payment loops.
What is the WhatsApp Smart Reminders add-on?
