How do I sign up for the platform?
Public vendor self-signup is disabled to secure high-quality business isolation and prevent platform clutter. Every vendor workspace must be manually provisioned by the Super Admin after a custom demo evaluation.
Is there a contract or commitment during the trial?
No contract, no payment details required, and absolutely no limits during your 30-day Premium Trial. Explore all system components with your real bookings risk-free.
What happens when my trial expires?
If you decide not to continue, your workspace goes into INACTIVE state. Your data is kept secure and read-only, but bookings creation/modifications are restricted. You can reactivate by contacting the administrator.
How does payment and billing renewal work?
All renewals are manually verified by our system Super Admin. Once payment is settled, the administrator bumps your Next Payment Due Date and sets your status to ACTIVE.
